Pyro for Phoenix Magazine | Phoenix Editorial Photographer
I recently got the opportunity to photograph PYRO for Phoenix Magazine. PYRO is a VIBE. Located at the The Grove, the hot new spot at 44th and Camelback, it’s dark and sexy, with gorgeous textiles and fixtures. And to top it all off, the food is stunning in looks and taste. Add this to you night-out list!
Blood Orange & Gin Cocktail | Phoenix Drink Photographer
This blood orange and gin cocktail is made with blood orange juice, gin, and a rosemary & bay simple syrup. Top it with some sparkling soda, and you’ve got a tasty beverage!
Non-Dairy Caramelized Onion Dip | Phoenix Food Photographer
I love an onion dip. I can’t eat dairy, so I usually just buy the Vegan Caramelized Onion Dip from Trader Joe’s, but this time I decided to make my own. It wasn’t my first time caramelizing onions, and it was also not my first time being incredulous at the recipes that always say it takes 25 minutes to caramelize onions. It does not. It takes way longer. So be prepared!
Peter Piper Pizza | Phoenix Commercial Photographer
I have been shooting monthly for Peter Piper Pizza, helping them create social content. They asked me to join them on a commercial video shoot last month to get some extra images for them to use in their marketing. It was so fun! I haven’t been on very many big production shoots, and this was a HUGE production. I mostly stayed out of the way and ducked in to get what I needed, but it was amazing to see how a big shoot like that comes together.
Phoenix Magazine Review, Goc Saigon
This review of Goc Saigon was a shoot for Phoenix Magazine, my second mini food review for them, and I was running late. I had misjudged how long the drive would take, because I forgot to account for traffic at that time of day. Rookie move.
Feringhee | Phoenix Restaurant Photographer
Feringhee is an Indian restaurant that opened in Chandler in 2022, and man is it good! One of the perks of being a food photographer is you sometimes get to sample the food you shoot. This was some of the best I’ve gotten to try, truly. Also, I LOVE seeing my photos on their lovely website!
Blood Orange Bars |Phoenix Food Photographer
This Blood Orange Bar photo shoot was a confluence of two things: citrus season and new gear.
Carcara, sheraton Phoenix downtown
Another long-time client, Carcara is one of my favorites, mostly because I get to work with my favorite marketing gal when I’m there. They had some new menu items they needed shot, as well as some catering items. There were a lot of moving parts on this one, but we got it done!
Kai | Phoenix restaurant photographer
I have been working with Kai for a couple of years, and I have enjoyed each and every one of my trips down to Chandler to work with them. The whole team is joy, and the food is, obviously, always stunning. These are from our latest shoot for their spring menu.
Phoenix Magazine Review, ICHO IZAKAYA
PHOENIX MAGAZINE REVIEW, ICHO IZAKAYA For my first food review photo shoot for Phoenix Magazine I headed out to the east valley, all the way to Mesa. I had shot features for the magazine in years past, but this was my first foray into food for them.
